「高尾山の１１月-1(Takao, Hachiohji, Tokyo)」

11月1日午前中に、八王子市高尾山へ行ってきました。登りは6号路の川沿い、山頂の5号路を回り、下りは1号路で下ってきました。紅葉はまだですが、山肌の向きや木々の種類によっては色が変わり初めていましたね。7時頃から上り始めましたが、山道はまだ街灯がついているくらい薄暗い所もあり8時になる頃やっとさしてきた光が美しかった。第二部もあります。 Went to Takao-san, Hachiohji-city, on 1st of November 2006. Took hiking route #6 to climb up, walked around route #5 on the top of the mountain, and took #1 to doming down. It was still a little bit dark when I started to walk at 07:00, and sun light was beautiful, which started to “come down on the earth” around 08:00. There is "Part 2".

６号路の比較的歩きはじめにある琵琶滝です。ここまでは街灯があり朝7時でまだついてました。陽は昇っているのですがうっそうとした森はまだ薄暗いのです。足元、気をつけましょうね。　This is Biwa-fall, which is located rather close to the starting point of route #6 (“Biwa” is the music instrumental like cither). The place is used for ascetic training by people who believe in Buddhism. The street lights were still on around 07:00 in the morning. Although the sun was already out, it was still slightly dark in the woods. Watch your steps.

一度陽がさしてきたら、どんどん光の角度が変わるので、同じ場所に立っていてもどんどん風景が変わります。この光がさす瞬間に立ち会えるとがんばって早起きする価値、ありますね。高尾から高尾山口までは一駅なのですが、早朝は20分くらい待ってしまうことがあるので事前に時刻表を調べておくと良いかもしれません。 I just love this kind of moment. The scenery changes each moment even standing at the same point once the sun is out because the angle of the light changes every second. It worth waking up early in the morning to be there for the moment. Takaosan-guchi St. is just one station from Takao St. but have to wait for 20 mins. or so for the next train if you miss one early in the morning. So might be better check the time table before hand.

これも6号路の途中。6号路は川沿いを登って行くルートで、途中稲荷山ルートへつながる道との分かれ道から川の”中”に並べてある石の上を歩くようになっています。川好きの私にはいいんですがね、滑らないように気をつけてね。　This is also on route #6. #6 is going through by the river, and from the point one path head towards to Inariyama, and the other keep going on #6, you walk on the rocks “in” the river. It’s perfectly OK for me who like rivers, but be careful not to slip!
